Prepare to be a Faster Runner

I was reflecting on how to help people understand my lessons from Cross Country better. I wrote an article titled "Prepare to be a Faster Runner"  (also posted on the sidebar).  It gives you ideas of what you can work on in the off-season. Please continue to train and work on these elements.

Don’t forget to stretch, hydrate, eat well, work on the core, and strengthen the arms!
