Please get your son/daughter cleared this week so they can participate in the first practice. The RHS Athletic Office will be open August 15-19 8AM-noon. A Sports Eligibility Packet can be found on-line at: http://www.lwsd.org/school/rhs/For-Parents/Pages/RHS-Forms.aspx., including general and Cross Country specific forms. A physician's approval (and recent physical) are required on the forms. Payment of the $275 Sports Fee and $40 ASB Card Fee is also required for clearance.

Official Practices Begin August 22nd - Clearance from RHS Office required in advance
First Team practice with Coach Villeneuve is on Monday the 22nd. The Team will will meet at 2:45 PM in the back gym. Practice goes until 5:00 PM.
