For those who are not in a winter sport, you should be training. Track and Field starts on Feb. 27th, eleven weeks from Monday. I have enclosed the winter training schedule for those 11 weeks. The off-season is a good time to work on core and arm strength. Everyone should be doing push ups, pull ups, and ab/core work every day. The off-season is also a great time to work on running form, cadence, and breathing techniques.
