August 9 to 12th is the XC Captain's Retreat in Sun Lakes. Forms are available here and due as soon as possible. All are invited but know this is a non-school related function and coaches will not be there. The weekend is organized by the XC captains and includes daily runs, games, and swimming. There is also a traditional rock jumping - please read all the registration pages for detailed information.
