Summer Runs - August Information

August begins no coach/athlete contact from August 1 to 24.  Captains will lead the remaining summer runs in August.

No runs - 8/7 to 8/10 due to Sun Lakes Captains Retreat.

Official Redmond High practice begins 8/25 at 2:45 at Redmond High.
