Redmond XC Runners Yoga Workshop

Yoga class opportunity.
Taught by 2 professional, certified yoga teachers who special in training athletes

Stretching - Learn specific yoga techniques to make you stronger, faster, prevent and heal injuries.
Mental Focus - Learn simple, powerful Meditation techniques to strengthen the mental aspect of your running by increasing focus and reducing stress.  These techniques are also great for school, work, and test-taking.
Nutrition - Learn how to keep your body strong and healthy during the season, resisting injury and illness.
Cost - $15 per athlete for this 90 minute Workshop.  Parents welcome.
