You will need to be cleared before you can participate. Redmond High School Athletics webpage - Click on Fall Sports Registration Packet and the CrossCountry link for the required forms. You will then need to show proof of payment (via online through your lwsd.org parent page or the bookkeeping office at Redmond High) and completed forms to the Redmond High Athletic Office, Mary Ganz.
