XC EXPECTATIONS
All athletes need to read and sign the Cross Country Expectations guidelines and return to their coach before Wednesday's meet. They will not be able to race without this completed document.

Orders due by Friday, September 11. Athletes will receive a free tshirt on Tuesday. Check out the spiritwear link for more items. Orders open to all Mustang fans!
Tuesday, September 8 - Pasta dinner in the cafeteria, after practice. Frankies Pizza and Pasta provides the pasta. All other items assigned to athletes - bring enough of your assigned item for 6 people.
Wednesday, September 9 - Kingco Preview, Lake Sammamish State Park. $10 parking or Northwest Discovery Pass. Times of races TBD.
