Redmond had a great day on Saturday at the 39th Annual Carl Westling Memorial 5k.
This was a prestige event with over 15 schools participating. In addition to many individual medalists, the teams had a very strong showing (full results here).

Communication
It's very important to let your team coach know if you will miss a practice or event. Additionally, the coaches are not allowed to accept permission over the phone for a team member to leave a meet with someone else. Written permission is required. Any athlete not riding the bus both ways must have written permission, or the parent must check them in/out with their attendance coach.

The Redmond High Cross Country Boosters is now a registered 501 (c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization. This means that donations made to the Redmond High Cross Country Boosters are considered tax deductible by the IRS. Please check if your employer may offer matching programs. For example, if you made a donation on August
