Redmond High Cross Country season is just around the corner!  There's lots of tips for those interested in beginning their XC training and staying in shape throughout the summer.  Click below for handouts distributed by Coach Villeneuve at last week's high school meeting for interested students.  The 'summer training program' handout gives daily workout information for all levels of runners, and check out the 'need to know dates' for all important/fun dates.  A quick synopsis:

6/11 - begin training program,
6/21 - new parent meeting, 7pm
7/6 - first day of Monday, Wednesday, Friday runs, 6pm
7/20 - summer picnic
8/9-12 - Sun Lakes Captains Retreat
8/13 - the week to get your clearance forms in!
8/20 - Season begins - 2:30 pm
8/25 - Alumni Run and Time Trial
9/1 - morning run and Family Pancake House Breakfast (no host)
9/4 - first day of school
